臺北市網球中心 匹克球場地預約辦法

  1. 每人/每時段/每面場地限預約4小時，不開放重複預約申請。
  2. 若未於規定時間內繳交場地費用，系統將取消其預約之場地。
  3. 本中心保有場地調配及取消之權利。
  4. 下列類型不適用本預約辦法：
    • 企業包場、活動、比賽場地租借，請電洽(02)2795-1166 分機819。(活動費用較高，如果您只是一般來打球，請不要打這支電話)
    • 私人教學(球場租借使用超過六顆球視同私人教學)。

APP預約:

  1. 使用日7天內(D~D-7)，本中心提供一般民眾以線上系統(APP)預約網球場地。
  2. APP預約場地後，請於10分鐘內完成線上刷卡，逾時將自動取消預約之場地。
  3. 刷卡前可輸入統一編號、載具、捐贈愛心碼，刷卡後恕無法更改。
  4. 未輸入載具或捐贈者，請於使用日至櫃檯報到並領取發票，逾期視同放棄。

電話預約:

  1. 使用日7天內(D-1~D-7)，本中心提供一般民眾以電話預約網球場地，請電洽(02)2795-1166 分機801、802。
  2. 預約場地後，最晚需於使用日3天前（D-3）至中心繳交場地費用，使用日3天內預約需於來電當天至中心或使用APP繳交場地費用，方完成場地租借手續。(ex.4/26電話預約04/30，最晚須於4/27中心營業時間內繳交場地租借費用；4/28電話預約04/30，最晚須於4/28中心營業時間內繳交場地租借費用)

退費辦法:

  1. 現場繳費者欲退費：請攜帶請持正本發票、繳款證明等相關文件；如使用信用卡繳費，除上述單據外請另攜帶該信用卡及簽單辦理。
  2. APP繳費者欲退費：請電洽(02)2795-1166 分機801、802。
  3. 使用日3天前（D-3）退租，可全額退費。2天前(D-2)退租，使用現場繳費或APP繳費者均須至中心櫃檯辦理並酌收行政手續費5%。(ex.已繳交4/30之場地費用，最晚4/27辦理可全額退費。)
  4. 因場地已保留，至少於使用日1天前告知退租並至中心辦理退費。
  5. 球場當日非因下雨恕不退費(限1、2號球場)，進場前及10分鐘內如遇下雨可退全額費用，進場10分鐘後如遇下雨以半小時計費，進場30分鐘後以一小時計費。
  6. 若有搭配優惠活動贈送貴賓券或贈品，其贈品需於退費時一併繳回。
  7. 已完成繳費之場地，可接受異動乙次。須於2天前(D-2)向中心做場地的異動申請。申請異動場地須於至少2天前(D-2)攜帶發票及繳款證明單至中心更換。 (ex.已繳交4/30之場地費用，4/28以前可辦理場地更換。)

使用規範

匹克球球場使用規範 | Pickleball Court Usage Regulations：

  1. 使用球場請先至櫃檯預約繳費後始可使用，違規使用者依收費標準收費，非繳費之使用者請勿進入場地。
  2. 因關係您的權益及使用品質，請勿任意遲到、早退；若預約或課程時間未到，請於場地外等待。
  3. 活動包場或預約7天後之場地，請洽本中心相關業務人員。
  4. 本中心不負保管私人物品之責任，若有貴重物品請隨身攜帶。
  5. 為了維護您的安全及個人衛生，進入球場需著運動服裝、運動鞋並攜帶毛巾，禁止穿著不合規定之鞋類進入。
  6. 請維護場地清潔與設備安全並於使用後將器材、環境恢復原狀。
  7. 球場範圍嚴禁進食、吸菸、嚼食檳榔及口香糖，飲用水請裝於有瓶蓋之容器內。
  8. 為了維護您的健康，若患有心臟病、高血壓、氣端等不適合運動之相關疾病、飲酒後及其他經人員判斷不適合運動之狀況，請勿下場運動(除持有醫師證明者外)。
  9. 本中心嚴禁私人教學，未經本中心核准，不得於本中心進行教學之行為，如有出現教學指導行為者，經勸導後仍執意教學，本中心將錄影拍照蒐證並將教學者請出場外，以維護中心及其他使用者權益。
  10. 若使用中身體有任何不適，請立即停止運動，並告知現場人員。
  11. 請勿攜帶寵物進入球場，法令另有規定者不在此限，例如導盲犬、導聲犬及肢障輔助犬等。
  12. 場地之設施應愛借使用，未經本中心許可，禁止隨意劃線、塗鴉、增設任何固定標誌、隨意張貼或懸掛海報標語及敲釘之行為，如有損壞應應照價賠償。
  13. 嚴禁燃放鞭炮及施放煙火，違者報警取締，如造成意外災害，借用單位應負責並賠償。
  14. 本中心嚴禁任何攝影、拍照；如有需求，請向本中心提前申請。
  15. 本中心有場地調配、開班與否及併班之權利。
  16. 本中心基於行銷及配合市政等目的，將不定期拍攝場地使用狀況，使用於各種設計、重製、宣傳、發表、出版、展覽、網路公開傳輸、刊登報章雜誌、出版等用途；商業攝影及行銷行為請事前申請並經核可方可進行。
  17. 本中心保有依現場實際情況增列或修改本使用規定之權利，若有違反上述事項，本中心管理人員可隨時禁止使用者之行為。

 

  1. Users must complete reservation and payment at the front desk prior to using the court. Unauthorized use will be charged according to the standard rate. Individuals who have not paid are not permitted to enter the court area.
  2. To protect your rights and ensure quality usage, please arrive and leave on time. If your reserved time or lesson has not yet begun, please wait outside the court area.
  3. For private event bookings or reservations more than seven (7) days in advance, please contact the Center’s designated staff.
  4. The Center is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
  5. For safety and hygiene purposes, proper sports attire and athletic shoes are required when entering the court. A towel must be carried. Improper footwear is strictly prohibited.
  6. Please maintain cleanliness and protect all equipment. After use, return all equipment and the environment to their original condition.
  7. Eating, smoking, chewing betel nut, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited within the court area. Drinking water must be kept in containers with secure lids.
  8. For your health and safety, individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, or other conditions unsuitable for exercise, as well as those under the influence of alcohol or otherwise deemed unfit for exercise by staff, are prohibited from participating (except with a valid medical certificate).
  9. Private coaching is strictly prohibited. No teaching or instructional activities may be conducted without prior approval from the Center. If unauthorized instruction occurs and continues after warning, the Center reserves the right to record evidence (photo/video) and remove the instructor from the premises to protect the rights of the Center and other users.
  10. If you feel unwell during use, please stop exercising immediately and notify on-site staff.
  11. Pets are not permitted in the court area, except as permitted by law (e.g., guide dogs, hearing dogs, or mobility assistance dogs).
  12. All facilities must be used with care. Without prior approval, drawing lines, graffiti, installing fixed markings, posting or hanging banners/posters, or driving nails into surfaces is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused must be compensated at full cost.
  13. The discharge of firecrackers or fireworks is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the police. Any resulting damage or accident shall be the responsibility of the borrowing party.
  14. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If required, please apply in advance with the Center.
  15. The Center reserves the right to adjust court allocation, determine whether classes will be opened, or combine classes.
  16. For marketing or municipal cooperation purposes, the Center may periodically photograph court usage for use in design, reproduction, promotion, publication, exhibitions, online distribution, media publication, and related materials. Commercial photography and marketing activities require prior application and approval.
  17. The Center reserves the right to amend or supplement these regulations based on actual operational needs. Management personnel may immediately prohibit any user behavior that violates the above regulations.
